OK. I have to admit that I am a little confused by your description. You state that you have an IQ2000 controller, but that it has a daughter board with the heater relays on it. This cannot be. The older IQ2000 controller has separate heater relays in the upper left corner of the box. The newer IQ2020 controller does have a second, auxiliary board with the heater relays attached. It is called the heater relay board and it is available as a separate part.

There can be many reasons why your tub is not heating. First, you need to accurately determine which controller you have.
