you should be able to replace R36 with the same resistor as the 220V board I far as I can tell the resistor is working as a fusable link only. Check the primary and secondary windings of your transformer(on the board), if its shorted or shorted to ground you have likely found the reason for the resistor burning up. I know mine went after the transformer leads got wet and shorted out then burnt the resistor and windings open.
