Probably one of the jets has a seal that's going bad. This would cause that particular jet to backfeed water into the air line, pushing the water into the air outlets of all the jets.
: I have an in-ground heated spa (via propane tank) with spillover into my
: pool.
: When I set it to spa mode, the heater kicks on just fine, and the water
: coming out of the jets is hot as expected, but there is no
: air/bubbles coming from the jets. Just hot water.
: Usually, if it runs for a while (20+ mins), eventually the air comes in,
: although if at the start you take your hand and block one of the jets
: for a few seconds, it seems to kick on one of the other jets
: momentarily.
: I'm hoping it's something like a mere blockage, considering the air
: intake eventually works. If something was broken, I'd simply just
: expect it to not work and stay so.
: Any suggestions?
