Mr Spa Hot Tub - model 404

We purchased a house that has a Mr Spa Hot Tub model 404 serial 12857. It is a 60 cycle, 16 amp. We think it is from 1985. It appears to be working however I did find I have to push a button to turn the heat on sometimes. We have never had one before, so this is all new. Where can I get a manual? I am going to empty it and refill with fresh water. What is best to use to clean it? How often do you change filters? Can anyone recommend someone in the Easton, PA area to service it? Is one this old worth servicing? Any information would be appreciated!
