Softub temp will not go up 100

I just purchase a use softub T140.

Once plug, it set automatically for 100 degree. I am able to lower the temp but can not raise it. If I lower it, I have to unplug and plug back to get temp at 100. It seems the plus button is not working.

Got the tub to heat at 100, motor stop because it reach the temp. I can run jet but still can't raise the temp. Any help will be appreciated!

I do not know how old it is but it is not new. The control panel is digital.
