Softub PCB issues - anyone got a schematic?

Greetings,

I've got a Softub T-300+ that I bought used 5-6 years ago. I've had to fix quite a number of things over the years, but here's my current issue. About 6 months ago I replaced the pump/motor assembly. The pack originally had a two speed motor but I replaced it with a single speed motor I got for $300 off ebay (only connected the red and white wires to the pump, left the black one disconnected) and the tub worked fine for 5 or so months. About a month ago, the pack started acting strangely - a few times I was in the tub and it would just shut off and the temperature display would flash (but the temperature wasn't too hot). Eventually it stopped working completely, when I tried to start the pump I'd just here some clicking and then the temperature display would start flashing (sometimes it would also reset to 100). Anyhow, I took the pack apart (yet again) and saw that some of the insulation had melted off some of the neutral wires, exposing the braided copper inside which had become corroded. Figuring the problem was likely due to a bad relay or intermittent wiring, I got a new relay and replaced all the damaged wiring. Yesterday I tried firing it up (with the pump disconnected and a voltmeter hooked up to the red and white wires that had been connected to it) and it's still messed up - I hear clicks, but the display flashes and there's like ~1.5V across those wires (should be 120V).

Anyone have any clue as to what could be going on? I suppose I could replace the entire PCB but that's like $275 so I'd like to avoid that expense if possible. Does anyone have a schematic for the board they'd be willing to share?

Over the years I've had to deal with a number of issues - at one point the check valve in the tubing that goes between the ozonator solenoid and the jet/air tube failed and a bunch of water leaked near the electronics. I mention this because I have disconnected the lights, remove the transformer for the lights and the ozonator + solenoid so I'm not even sure where things are supposed to be connected. Can someone explain the purpose of the 3 relays soldered to the board? Are they used to control the lights, ozonator and pump relay?

Any advice is welcome, if I can't figure it out soon I'll bite the bullet and buy a new board (that's actually designed to be used with a single speed motor).

Thanks!
