Conventional wisdom is that if the shaft is pitted, the motor is junk. Techs seem unwilling or unable to replace the motor shaft, I am not sure why (though I am MUCH more familiar with the Vico pump). The problem will recur.
As to the impeller, the part numbers used by the manufacturer and by Softub may not match; the system appears to be set up to discourage one from working on their own stuff, and Softub and their service agents are generally unwilling to help sort it out. Probably because they don't really know themselves.
The people on this board are the best source of (un)official info. Some have extensive experience both in general and with Softubs. I have limited knowledge; I am a DIY Softub owner/enthusiast.
