Ask 'Dr. Spa' Q & A Message Board

We ordered a Blue Water spa and it worked great for about a month. Then, we started having problems with it heating. I got online and read everyone's complaints and immediately felt like I had been taken as well. I did finally get a hold of Jason and he gave me a phone # for the warranty guy. They replaced the control panel and then. after that didn't work, we sent them the circuit board and they repaired it. It wasn't the same as having someone come to your house and just take care of it, but the spa is finally working again. They ended up doing the right thing by us. I don't know how long it will work this time, but I do have a better taste in my mouth.
