We too were conned by these guys, I have just advertised our spa on ebay at the same price that they are selling their new ones.
Loads of photos and a very accurate description of just how good it is.
Also mentioned that it is Chinese made (they forget to mention that in their adverts)
I don't think ours will sell, do you? but it should cause them a bit of trouble along the way.

PS only costs about £1 to list so worth the money to give them some grief.

More of us should do the same and put them out of business.

: are very clever con artists. Their Ebay advert paints a good product,
: but their delivery; warranty; and promises and pitiful.

: Delivery: they take payment in full when you order but take ages to
: actually ship the tub. Excuse after excuse is given and you have to
: contact them for answers. When the tub does eventually arrive, there
: are items missing and others that don't work.

: Warranty: they offer a 2 year parts only warranty. When a pump went
: (after 4 months) I contacted them for replacement. When I eventually
: got through after numerous calls and emails, they promised to ship
: one out. Pump number 2 went after 6 months and pump number 3 shortly
: after. Despite saying they would send, nothing arrived. After much
: hunting around, I found a place I could take the pumps to be
: refurbished at a cost of £250 each. Carlos agreed that this would be
: easier than him shipping and to send him the invoice. The invoice
: still hasn't been paid after 18 months. After 11 months the heater
: control broke down. Carlos agreed to send parts to repair. 14 months
: later and they still haven't arrived.

: Promises: they promise to send parts - they don't. They promise to send
: refunds - they don't. They promise to send compensation for the
: trouble you have endured - they don't. They promise to return calls
: and emails - they don't.

: Bluewater Spas AKA. Got Wholesaling will happily take your money, but
: not provide you with 'fit for purpose' goods or any warranty
: whatsoever. If you order anything from them, do so at your own risk
: as they will probably not deliver - certainly not on their promises.
: Even the pumps that I had to have rewound at my own expense after 6
: months were of an inferior quality. Great looking tub, but without
: spending lots more of your money to repair faults and defects - ITS
: USELESS.

: If anyone is close enough to visit their factory/offices, then please
: let me know as I would love you to find him and get him to call me.
