I only had one small leak on the tub I bought. They offered to send someone to fix it but it was an easy fix for me. This is a great tub!! Half the price of Family Leisure tubs and nicely built. If you look for trouble as the original poster did you will always find something to complain about and if that is your game then don't shop on ebay. This was a great deal and i will always recommend the sellers product. Spa guys and Futura Spas !!!
