Ask 'Dr. Spa' Q & A Message Board

I purchased a Diamonte Grand Canyon II, a large swim spa, 3 years ago. We had a major problem with the decking around it, but the spa has been wonderful. It has never had even one day of downtime and we love it. We also ordered from the original poster's company in Las Vegas: Creative Spa Designs. Customer service is fair, like I said, we did have a major issue with the deck which has now been resolved and this was NOT Creative Spa Designs's fault so they sort of blew us off for over a year. I'm not sure why customer service reps have to act like the worst stereotype of a used car salesman, super slick and never telling you a thing.

But, the Diamonte spa is EXCELLENT! Hours of enjoyment for me, my husband and kids.
