Softub Circuit Board

My Softub is a tad confusing. The tub itself measures out to the specs for the 300 model. The PCB seems to be for a 220 but be that as it may...

My Softub has the circuit board shown in the picture... except mine has a large charred hole in it where the ozone solonoid leaked and caused a short.

Coupla questions...

1. I found this part for $220.00 and am wondering if anyone knows of a place to get it cheaper.

2. There is a transformer that is screwed to the aluminum housing next to the circuit board... how can I test that transformer to know if it is still good?

P.S. I called a $oftub dealer and they wanted a tad more for the PCB... go figure. He did tell me though, that my best bet would be to disable and remove the ozone unit because it probably does not still work... and replacement cost would not be justified. Any thoughts on the ozone thing?
