I would not touch this company, or recommend them to friends, family or enemies! Their customer service is non-existant. I bought the Tahitian TV spa approx 10 months ago and bubles started to appear in the acrylic about 3 months ago. I have been fighting with Jason Gaut(Owner) since that time to get someone out to look at it or as this is obviously a manufacturing default a replacement. Go to a trustworthy company that supply hot tubs locally and spend the extra money. Company's like this do not deserve to survive. There needs to be more honest people out there!
