I bought a spa from bluewater and received it in may this year. We have had nothing but problems since we received it and no help/response from jason or galen at bluewater spas. I have been told for the past 6-7 weeks that the remote is on its way, still haven't received a new remote. I have had numerous leaks, which my husband has repaired, since we couldn't get bluewater to do anything about it. Now the DVD does not work, would not eject the dvd, had to take it apart to retreve the dvd, now it will not accept a dvd, because it thinks it still has a dvd in it. BEWARE!!
