Re: Great Lakes hot tubs
In Response To: Re: Great Lakes hot tubs ()

: I also purchased a Great Lakes hot tub in 2003 - i have replaced the heater 2 months ago and the cover one time but that is the only problems i have had - do NOT base your buying decision on one persons opinion

I hate to burst your bubble, but HD will NOT stand behind any hot tub
: they sell. They may, on occasion, make a phone call on your behalf,
: but they will not stand behind any tub they sell. I've known too many
: customers who have been lost in the shuffle with HD to believe that
: they care at all about their customers. They only care about taking
: real good care of their top executives. The only HD customers who
: even get some help are those who yell the loudest.

PLEASE NOTE: We are Roberts Hot Tubs Inc. (manufacturers of traditional wooden hot tubs)! If you found this webpage through a search engine while searching for a different brand of spa, we are not them! We simply appeared in your search due to that name being talked about on this particular web page. The phone number below will reach Roberts Hot Tubs, not the manufacturer of the brand of spa you're searching for. This is a public forum and you're more than welcome to post a question asking for contact or other information for a particular brand of spa. Almost certainly someone will be able to assist you.
