hi i know this is old but thought i would answer anyway.I have a hot tub from bluewater (got wholesaling) about 9 months ago. I live in Canada and saved a ton compared to the shops here and the hot tub is great. I needed a few minor parts and they had no problem getting them to me. I would be careful of others though because my dad ran into a fly by night on e-bay and ended up with a flower pot.
