: I have no problem airing things publicly. If you have problems with one
: of my posts, state your concern. I am not clairvoyant, so I do not
: know what your concern is.

Okay, The very first and only other post that I have read from yourself you said this:
"Frankly, the Softub motors are very expensive. I've tried removing the
: heat exchanger with the notion of moving to a much cheaper
: aftermarket motor, "
and then you finished with this:
"I have Softub's service information, since I am an authorized Softub
: servicer. I can probably guide you on re-wiring, if I know which pack
: you have (P-26, P-25, C-2, etc.). "
This is the post that concerned me.... It was the first part above that I could not work out why someone that was an "authorized Softub servicer" would say, let alone write in a public forum. In this country, saying something like that would have you be saying "I was once a authorised Softub servicer"
Where is the loyalty to the product and company that you earn part of a living from?
The P26 Motor is a sound motor. It's tested, reliable and it's performance is rated as one of the best. It's part of what has given Softub its reputation of reliability. I find it disturbing that you would wrote this in open forum, that as a Softub authorized servicer you would actually have invested the timne into looking for something "after market" and "cheaper"
Like I said, I have only read two things you have posted on. The first one concerned me, and then... the very next post I read concerned me. I thought I would help the second guy out with information he may have wanted.
I still havent been told why you guys dont tell your customers about the 24 Hour timer.
Also, this will be the last post in an open forum. I dont think it's a very professional nature that three Softub agents are "airing things publically" Like I said... I had a concern, I still have the concern, and I dont wish to speak about this publically again. If you would like to address the concerns (Which by the way you are under no obligation to do so) I have about the 24 Hour timer, and the concern detailed above you have my email address, please use that.
I said early I dont wish to offend anyone, and if I have offended you in your forum, I appologise. Like I said, they were concerns... at the end of the day what you do in your own countries does not impact what happens here in Australia, and I was just trying to help out a Softub customer. In Australia we would have informed the customer of the 24 Hour timer that is not shown in the manual, and we would never have gone outside of original parts for replacement unless the part was no longer for sale direct from Softub.
