Wellllll...so far we've had to have a tech out to fix leaks, one of the lights is no longer working, the DVD player has never worked and I've been contacting them pretty consistently. It's extremely difficult to get an answer and they only got back to me right away when I started threatening to contact a lawyer. The cover was damaged when it arrived and they have been promising to send me a new cover for over 6 months now. Also had to replace one of the fountains--the housing was cracked when it arrived. The spa itself is beautiful, if only I could get them to fix everything. Or even to call me back...
