Sorry Jon,
With the newer digital readout style of top controls employed by softub there are no adjustments to the "Power On" default setting of 100 degrees F. Perhaps you can try having a dealer install a foam "Quiet Kit" and forgoing the timer. Unlike earlier versions of the Hydromate main circuirt board, we can't even adjust (re-calibrate) the Thermostat and Hi-Limit settings.
