Yes, stay away is the correct warning.
We bought a spa cap cover in January 2006 and until this summer were actually quite happy with it. Then it started losing air quickly so that we had to re-inflate the bladders every 2-3 days. I
thought it needed to be replaced and ordered a new one on line. Several minutes after I placed the order I was called by a Spa Cap employee who insisted we send our cover to them for inspection and possible repair since it was still under warranty. I sent the cover to them October 15th, as per UPS tracking it got to them on October 22nd. Since then I have tried to reach the company six times per voice- or e-mail. They are ignoring me completely. At this point I will not consider buying a new cover from them. Beware of this company, they are not reliable!
