They are cheats and frauds.

Mine was only a year and 1 half old when it would not stay inflated for more than a few days. We returned it as it was under the 3 year warranty and guess what he says we abused it. The will accuse you of mistreatment of course to avoid backiing the product.

The mistreatment is a total lie because we have an ozonator and keep it a clean without a lot of chemicals. The owner is a real jerk who will always find a reason not to back his product. The material they use comes form a company that makes umbrellas, and that company says nothing about the product being water proof.
