Your welcome . When I first got the system in 2004.there wasn't a lot of info going around the forums.so after figuring things out a bit i thought it would be good to post what I've found out and what worked for me.I was at the pioneer h2o web page the other day . In the genesis manual I notice they bumped up the recommended minimum operational time from 4 to 8 hrs a day.i was also talking to randy who works there,he was saying that they introduced a new housing for the electrode in 2008 that allows the water to flow by the whole electrode. This was done to eliminate the high concentration of Bromine being formed from being trapped at the electrode for periods of time and causing deterioration of the electrode.I think I will switch over the next time I change my electrode and see if this will prolong the life of the electrode a little better.I imagine with this installed it would be a little harder seeing the gas bubbles being formed while you are operating it.
