I assume it sounds like a good deal to you because the price is competitive. Is this from a local dealer at least?

Smaller/regional spa makers like these are sprinkled throughout the US and I don’t know them but it certainly can be hit and miss whether they’ll deliver on their promises. The question is will the quality be there. Their website states “Perfection In Quality is what we are all about" and "Perfection In Quality is our warranty". Whenever I read overpromising statements like those it tends to scare me into thinking that they’re trying to convince me of something that may be less than reality. You can only tell so much about a spa brand from a website.
