All I was doing is explaining to James31 that who ever is telling him 30 or 40 a month is full of it. I would be surprised if you could prove to me a 7 person 3 pump spa with a 24 hour circ pump cost an average of 30 or 40 a month to run. The highest bill for this spa was 119 to say a well insulated spa would cost a 100 less means you could run that spa for 20 a month. I want that spa! My neighbor has a 400+ gallon full foam top o the line Jacuzzi spa and our PGE bills are close enough that when I add insulation, this one might cost less than to run than his.
