Please be as descriptive as possible in your questions. Only you can see what you're looking at. The better your description (size, part numbers, age, sometimes even color) the easier it will be to give you a correct answer (we hate when we answer a question that you didn't even ask). Please remember that some questions may not be solvable through a text conversation and possibly others may require an expertise that should be performed by a trained professional.

If your question concerns water care, please provide ALL your known current test readings (pH, TA, chlorine, bromine hardness etc.). Also, be sure to list the chemicals you're using by brand name and MORE IMPORTANTLY, by the INGREDIENTS listed on the bottle. Some brands we may have never heard of, but the ingredients say it all. The last time you drained and refilled the spa is also helpful.

We also have an extensive section on water care, general spa maintenance and basic repairs. You can CLICK HERE to see if the info you're looking for is already there.

If you're looking for opinions on as particular spa, we now have a section, Hot Tub and Spa Reviews, where people have written reviews of the spa they own. If you already own a spa, please feel free to ad a review of your own. It will be greatly appreciated by many people that are in the process of shopping for a spa of their own.

Rules and "Netiquette"

When writing your messages (and responces), please use the same courtesy that you would show when speaking face-to-face with someone. Flames, insults, and personal attacks will not be tolerated. It's ok to disagree strongly with opinions, ideas, and even facts, but always with respect for the other person. Remember, great minds do not always think alike.
